Join the Senior Coaching Team at Tuggeranong Valley AFL 

Tuggeranong Valley AFL is seeking passionate, committed, competition focused  and community-minded coaches to join our senior football program for the 2027-2028 seasons.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Available Roles

●    Senior Women's First Grade Coach
●    Senior Women’s Second Grade Coach
●    Senior Men's Second Grade Coach
●    Assistant Coaches across all Senior Men's and Women's teams

These positions provide an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing and ambitious football club, helping develop players including from our junior competition, foster a positive team culture, and drive on-field success.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with a range of coaching experience and qualifications. Whether you are an experienced coach looking for your next challenge or a strong emerging coach keen to develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative club environment, we encourage you to apply.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

●    Strong leadership and communication skills
●    A commitment to player development, team and club culture
●    Sound football knowledge and a willingness to learn
●    The ability to work collaboratively with players, coaches and club officials

Remuneration

All coaching positions are voluntary roles, except for the Senior Women's First Grade Coach, which is rewarded through a modest honorarium.
